Aleksandr K. is a UK-based artist whose work is inspired by the life sciences, including synthetic biology and neuroscience.
His primary media are bronze, pewter, and oil on canvas. Many of the artworks explore our feelings and emotions, as well as the interplay between human beings, natural environments, and imagined settings focusing on coexistence with other forms of life.
The Living Cycle is inspired by the living cycles and interdependence of all things where the end of one cycle marks the beginning of another.
